2. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We take your privacy seriously. The CVs and personal data you upload are processed securely and solely for the purpose of talent analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties. All uploaded documents are automatically deleted from our active servers after 30 days unless specified otherwise.

3. AI Analysis Limitations

While our AI models (powered by cutting-edge technology) strive for high accuracy, they are tools designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it. AI Talent Dashboard is not liable for hiring decisions made based on our analysis scores.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

If you choose to upgrade to our Pro or Basic plans, all payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.
